Brain Gym

Brain Gym is an excellent way to help you or your child improve learning skills. The simple exercises promote efficient communication between the brain hemispheres and boost concentration, focus and mental well-being.

Follow the programme to activate your brain, optimise learning, and counteract stress and fear of failure.

Sessions are held once a week, then once every two weeks, in-person or by video call.
